OHFD confirms multiple agencies extinguish fire in Scarbro, WV

FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WVVA) - The Oak Hill Fire Department confirms it responded to a blaze in Fayette County on Thursday afternoon.
Crews were dispatched at 2:45 PM to a home in Scarbro were there was reported entrapment.
Upon arrival it was learned the person was able to make their way out that structure.
Firefighters releasing on social media, they were met with strong fire conditions requiring an “aggressive attack.”
Mount Hope Fire Department assisted the agency in containing and extinguishing the fire.
