After a holiday surge of COVID-19, we are now seeing a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. New COVID-19 cases across the Two Virginias are taking a significant drop. However, an unsettling statistic is emerging: The decline in vaccine distribution.
The new guidelines are in response to new variants of coronavirus such as delta and omicron. The biggest change in the guidelines is the emphasis on the need for personal protective equipment such as respirators, gloves and eye protection when performing CPR.
Mercer County vaccination rates on the decline
