Senior Reporter/Executive Producer
Ted Fioraliso returned to Washington, D.C. in April 2016 as a senior reporter/executive producer at the Gray Television Washington News Bureau.
He has more than 15 years experience in television news -- mostly covering politics.
Before joining Gray TV, Ted worked at Fox News Channel in New York City -- first as a producer for the affiliate service, Fox NewsEdge. He then jumped to the radio division where he helped launch Fox News Headlines 24/7 on SiriusXM 115.
Ted previously worked in Washington for SJL/Lilly Broadcasting from 2012-2014. As a backpack journalist, he shot, edited, and reported his own news stories from Washington for WJRT in Flint, MI; WTVG in Toledo OH; WENY in Elmira, NY; WICU/WSEE in Erie, PA; One Caribbean Television; and CBS Puerto Rico.
Before that, Ted worked at WHEC in Rochester, NY. He primarily reported from the Finger Lakes Bureau in Canandaigua during the week, and held down the fort as the only reporter the main newsroom in Rochester on the weekends.
Ted started his career at WENY in Elmira, NY, where he was a backpack journalist, producer, and anchor for more than three years.
Ted has interviewed Vice President Kamala Harris and Mitt Romney when he was a presidential candidate. He covered the political conventions in 2008, 2012, and 2016. He was at Donald Trump's campaign headquarters the night he won the 2016 presidential election. Ted covered the presidential inaugurations in 2013, 2017, and 2021. He even had the opportunity to travel to Russia in 2013 where he covered the G20 Summit and previewed the Sochi Olympic Games.
Ted graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Journalism and is a native of Long Island, NY.
