UPDATE: Route 60 and Coalfield Trail reopen after separate accidents

GREENBRIER COUNTY, W.Va. (WVVA) - UPDATE: Both Route 60 and the Coalfield Trail (RT 20) have reopened.

There is still no information concerning injuries sustained in the accidents at this time.

Route 60 is shut down at Kieffer Road while Coalfield Trail at Quinwood is also currently shut down until further notice in Greenbrier County.

The Greenbrier County Homeland Security and Emergency Management said that the RT 60 shutdown is due to a serious injury, and it is currently being investigated by West Virginia State Police.

They said that a vehicle accident is also the cause for the Coalfield Trail closure and is currently being investigated by the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office.

There is no information on injuries in either crash at this time.
