Even though it’s cold, the grind never stops

Here’s some reminders and ways to stay active during the winter month

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) - It’s been cold outside, but how do you ensure you’re still staying active?

Layering up is important so that you can take off layers while working out when your body warms up. Tight clothing as a bottom layer will keep your body warm while top layers should be easy to take off.

Also, be aware of the condition of the sidewalk or pavement that you are working on and if it is too icy there are other alternatives.

Dehydration can also lead to an increased risk of injury so it’s very important to stay hydrated.
