Over a year ago, “The Grind” was just a small food truck with a dream. Now in the spring of 2022, these coffee connoisseurs are preparing to open a second location more than 30 miles away. Owner-operator collin O’Donnell says the grind’s success is a testament to the community.
The original shop is fully operational. O’Donnell says opening a second location means striking while the coffee is hot.
O’Donnell’s goal is to make the grind a household brand in Appalachia, starting with taking his message into the community in Wytheville, serving one cup at a time.
