Gunman turns himself in to Bluefield Police

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) - Thursday night between 7 - 7:30p.m. a middle aged male was shot several times in the chest and abdomen areas.
The incident occurred on third street in Bluefield, WV. The latest report tells us that the victim is in stable condition.
The gunman turned himself in following the incident and Bluefield Detective Kenneth Adams says that this appears to be a parking dispute.
This has been turned into the prosecutor for any charges to be filed
