Surface Miners wanted in Tazewell County

TAZEWELL COUNTY, Va. (WVVA) - Bishop Surface Mine is in search of new employees.
This Thursday, December 30th, at the Back of the Dragon Center in Tazewell the Bishop Surface Mine will be holding a hiring event.
The event will be from 2p.m. until 4p.m. and their goal is to hire 150 new employees over the next year. Starting pay is up to $28 per hour. The positions they are hiring for are surface, high wall, and prep plant equipment operators.
