BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) - Caiden Kish has autism. He’s also dealing with the death of his grandmother. She was Caiden’s primary caregiver after his father died two years ago.

Mandy Kennedy, who knows Caiden, posted his story on Facebook. Hundreds of people saw it and sent letters to lift Caiden’s spirits.

His aunt, Cheri Greene, never expected the outpour of support from strangers.

If you would like to send a letter to Caiden, you can spread that holiday cheer to P.O Box 83, Patterson, NC 28661.
