Only a few spotty showers and storms will be moving through this evening and early tonight. The overnight looks mainly dry with patchy clouds and possibly some fog if skies can clear out. Tuesday will be a wetter day with showers and a few thunderstorms likely. A weak cold front will slide southward into our area and a disturbance will also move in from the southwest, bringing likely wet weather to everyone. Showers may begin early in the day and scattered showers and thunderstorms continue into the afternoon. Drier air begins moving in late Tuesday and Wednesday.
Wednesday is still looking unsettled with a chance for a few showers, but chances are pretty slim and most likely wet weather will occur in the morning. Weak high pressure will help to keep Wednesday afternoon and Thursday dry with highs near 80. Turning warmer Friday and Saturday and still mainly dry, but under a warm and humid air mass and a few possible disturbances, pop up late day showers and storms are possible. An approaching front may bring a better chance for wet weather Sunday into Monday.
