A nearly stationary front will linger right across our area over the weekend. Weak upper level low pressure will move through the area from west to east as well, bringing a better chance for showers and thunderstorms Saturday and the first half of Sunday. Temperatures stay in the upper 50s and low 60s at night and lower to mid 70s during the day. Humidity will remain high as well and heavy downpours are possible along with patchy fog after the rain ends.
This front moves north and out of the area Monday, but the weather remains warm, humid and unsettled with a chance for a shower or thunderstorm. Tuesday looks much the same, but warmer still with highs in the 80s. The busy weather pattern continues with our next system arriving late Wednesday with scattered showers and storms. A cold front moves through Thursday keeping wet weather in the forecast. Showers should finally taper off sometime early Friday.
