An area of low pressure off towards the west is approaching the area and will pass us to the north. Out ahead of it, the atmosphere will be pretty unstable for the next couple of days before a cold front passes by around Friday morning.
Thunderstorms are possible this evening with locally heavy downpours possible within the thunderstorms. Things will quiet down overnight as lows fall to around 60. Tomorrow, we'll see the chance of some showers and thunderstorms late in the day as highs climb into the low 80s with lows in the upper 50s. Some of these storms could be strong in nature, but little to no chance of severe weather is expected. We will see another round of thunderstorms on Thursday with highs in the mid 70s and lows in the low 50s as a cold front begins to pass through the area by Friday morning.
A few morning showers are possible on Friday, otherwise conditions clear out with highs only in the mid 60s with lows in the upper 40s. Conditions remain clear for Saturday with highs in the low 70s and lows in the upper 40s. Sunday through Tuesday, an upper level disturbance looks to pass over our area. Showers and thunderstorms are a possibility with highs in the low to mid 70s and lows in the low to mid 50s.
