A stalled out frontal boundary continues to sit over our area. With the abundant moisture it is bringing to our area combined with a slightly unstable atmosphere, rain and some thunderstorms will continue to be a possibility over the next couple of days.
Tonight, we will continue to see hit or miss showers with a few rumbles of thunder possible with lows in the upper 50s. Tomorrow, showers and thunderstorms are likely, especially during the warmer afternoon hours with some heavy rain possible and highs in the upper 70s. Rain/storm chances go down a good deal for Monday and Tuesday as the frontal boundary begins to dissipate with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. That being said, a stray shower/storm or two are possible on both of those days.
A weak area of low pressure begins to make its way into our area Wednesday, with the moisture and instability it will bring lasting through Friday. Most of the showers/storms look to occur Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the low 80s falling to the mid 70s. There could still be enough moisture on Friday to pop off a few storms before conditions clear behind the ensuing cold front with highs only in the mid 60s on Saturday.
