Our unsettled weather pattern will continue going through the weekend and much of next week. There is a chance for showers tonight and occasional showers are possible overnight as well. It will be another mild night with lows on either side of 60, lots of clouds and some fog. An upper level wave will move in our direction Saturday, helping to fire up showers and a few thunderstorms-mainly in the afternoon. Temperatures will be on the rise this weekend as well and highs get into the mid 70s Saturday afternoon.

As an upper level system passes over the area this weekend, the chance for showers and storms will continue, especially later in the afternoon as temperatures max out. Sunday's highs get close to 80 depending on sunshine, which we should see a bit more of. High pressure at the surface builds in Monday and Tuesday, but with a trough hanging over the east, a stray shower or storm is possible, but unlikely. Temps hit 80s for most, but nothing too dramatic. A cold front will be moving southward late in the week, bringing a chance for isolated PM showers and storms Wednesday, then scattered Thursday.
