The steadier rain tapers off this evening and only a few showers are possible tonight as a weak cold front moves through the area. Clouds continue to break up overnight, but patchy fog is likely and may become dense through morning. Temps return to the 50s overnight as well. Wednesday is looking mainly dry with some clouds early along with a stray shower, but then more sun will set in for the afternoon pushing highs into the mid to upper 70s.
High pressure to the northeast will be in control Thursday and Friday, keeping skies sunny to partly cloudy and temps in the upper 70s, but with increased moisture out of the southeast. A pop up shower or storm may develop each afternoon, especially east of I77. Saturday through Tuesday high pressure digs into the SE US, allowing for warmer temps with highs climbing into the 80s each day. It's looking like a drier weather pattern during this time as well with sun and clouds. Can't rule out a stray pop up shower or storm late in the day with the summer heat and humidity.
