1/2 c. oil 1 c. sugar (Splenda works well if you need sugarfree) 2 eggs 3 large smashed bananas (over ripe works well) 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. butter milk 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Beat oil, sugar, eggs and banana, then add dry ingredients, mix well, and then add nuts. Grease and flour loaf pan (Floured/baking cooking spray works well), and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
