RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (WVVA) -

Deputies in Raleigh County are looking for information on a stolen vehicle used in the theft of copper and other items from a construction site.

Around 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup was stolen from BC Used Auto in Beaver. Not long afterward, the vehicle was involved in the theft of welding leads from the Beaver Fire Department. At 3:30 a.m. the truck was used by "two subjects" in the theft of copper and tools from a construction site at Shady Spring High School.

The Dodge Ram is described as black in color and has some fresh, unpainted body work on the bedside. See the attached photos of the vehicle.

Anyone with knowledge of the crimes is urged to call the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office at 304-255-9300 or CrimeStoppers of West Virginia at 304-255-7867.
