A big name will be on the bench for the Greenbrier East boys basketball team this year and it's not Jim Justice, it's former spartan great Bimbo Coles. "I've always wanted to come back and coach here. It's been a long time and now i'm here."

A 15 year NBA veteran, Coles says returning to Farilea was a match made in heaven. "I love Greenbrier East high school. I got a lot of memories. A lot of friends and family here, so it's been great."

Replacing Governor Justice will be no easy task, but Coles says his style of coaching should make for an easy transition. "I'm not really worry about what he did or looking at things or trying to be him. I'm trying to bring you know what I know about basketball and do a good job for the way I teach and for these kids."

Returning to his alma mater, Coles says the only thing he is focused on is winning. "My makeup just in general is to win and be highly competitive. There's really no pressure, we just want to go out and play and want to teach these kids how to go out and compete every single night, every single possession."

And members of the team of say the ball is in their court to get the job done. "Coach Coles really knows what he's talking about and we need to pull together as a team" said Logan Taylor. "We didn't know what to expect, but now we do, he's a good coach" said senior Nathan Lemons.
