Arrest made in Bluewell pharmacy break-in

MERCER COUNTY (WVVA) A suspect wanted in connection with a pharmacy break-in is caught in Logan County.

According to the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, thousands of dollars in prescription drugs were stolen from the Rite Aid off Route 52 in Bluewell, WV. Store employees noticed the missing drugs and a damaged drive-thru window early Saturday morning. 

Security video of the break-in showed a man driving a black Ford F-150. Deputies pulled over a vehicle matching the description on Sunday and found out the truck was stolen the night of the burglary. The driver gave officers information on the identity of the suspect.

Michael Anthony Campbell, 34, was arrested in the Crystal Block area of Logan County. He is being held in Southwestern Regional Jail without bond.
