Richlands, VA - Dr. Mark Estepp, president of Southwest Virginia Community College, was selected by the Chancellor of the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) Dr. Glenn DuBois, to serve as the Vice Chair for the Enterprise Portfolio Investment Council (EPIC). The Council is responsible for the management of the VCCS Enterprise Portfolio. This portfolio will contain a collection of programs, projects, and operations managed as a group to achieve the strategic objectives of the VCCS.
“I am pleased to serve as the Vice Chair for EPIC,” said Estepp. He continued, “the Council will have oversight of any project in the VCCS with a budget greater than or equal to $1 million dollars. These projects are designed for the implementation of systems or systems components used by two or more colleges or requiring resources from two or more colleges.”
