A third suspect involved in the shooting and robbery of a pizza delivery man in Beckley has turned herself in.

Ryan Adam Amick, 18, of Beckley is charged with attempted first degree murder, two counts of first degree robbery, malicious wounding, conspiracy to commit a felony, and fleeing police.

According to Detective Sergeant Morgan Bragg with the Beckley Police Dept., a local pizza delivery driver was found shot in the leg Saturday night outside of an apartment complex on Ewart Avenue. The motive appears to have been robbery.  Through witness testimony and security footage obtained from nearby businesses, police had a good description of the suspects involved. The next day, officers with the Beckley PD noticed two of the suspects (Amick and Pack) traveling in a red Dodge Stratus in the area of South Heber and Mcreery Street. When officers tried to stop the them, they took off. The driver, Ryan Amick, eventually lost control, hit an embankment, rolled over several times before hitting two parked cars. Both men then tried to run away. A juvenile passenger was also in the car. All three were "treated by medical personnel and released."
