Receipt for cupcakes leads an arrest for auto theft

A Walmart receipt for a pack of chocolate cupcakes helps police make an arrest in a stolen car case.

Isaiah Alfonso Hall, 19, was arrested Friday evening for Receiving and Transferring Stolen Property and Breaking and Entering.
According to Corporal E. P. Parks with the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, a white 2006 Nissan Pathfinder was stolen on July 16th.  
The SUV was found abandoned on Greasy Ridge Road on August 6th. Inside the SUV, Corporal Parks found a receipt from Walmart indicating someone had purchase chocolate cupcakes.  Parks was able to trace the transaction and obtain video footage of Hall in Walmart and in the stolen vehicle.

A search for Hall led deputies to the Breeze Hill Mobile Home Park in Green Valley where Hall was arrested.  He was being arraigned Friday night in front of Magistrate Mike Flanigan.  Bond was set at $30,000 cash or surety.
