There's $16 difference between what $100 is worth in the Two Virginias

A new report by the Tax Foundation says it shows what the real value of $100 is in each state.

The report shows that West Virginians realize the purchasing power of more than $113, while Virginians only see $97 of value from $100.

The Tax Foundation calls itself the nation's leading independent tax policy research organization.
