BECKLEY (WVVA) -

UPDATE: Police have released the name of the man shot on Memorial Day in Beckley.

Shaquille Hannah, 22, is currently listed in serious but stable condition at Charleston Area Medical Center. Police say despite conflicting reports, Hannah was shot from within his moving vehicle and the person who shot him was a passenger sitting in the back.

The unidentified shooter has been located by police. Investigators are now working with prosecutors to determine what criminal charges to file.

Det. Morgan Bragg says the shooting "appears to be an isolated incident and detectives have ruled out the involvement of any other parties than those traveling inside the victim's vehicle at the time of the incident."
