DAVY, WV (WVVA) Deputies in McDowell County find an indoor marijuana grow room during a call of an unwanted person. But get this, the person who they arrest is the one who made the call.

When deputies responded to the residence on Friday, an upstairs apartment in the Davy area, Carlos Cantrell answered the door and let them inside. When deputies searched the residence they did not find anyone else there. But they did discover a back bedroom that had been converted into a marijuana grow room. The system included grow lights, reflectors, and a water filtration system. A small amount of marijuana and seeds were found as well.

Carlos Joseph Cantrell, 48, is charged with cultivation of marijuana and possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance. Deputies say Cantrell was intoxicated at the time of his arrest from prescription medication. He was arraigned in front of Magistrate Richard Vandyke. Bond was set at $25,000.
