King's Warriors Beat Carolina Dynamo

Posted:
BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) -- The King's Warriors have never beaten the Carolina Dynamo in their three-year history. They've also yet to lose at the East River Soccer Complex. Something had to give Saturday night and it wasn't the home field advantage.

Southern West Virginia beat the Dynamo 2-1. Jake Ramsey's deflected shot gave the King's Warriors an early 1-0 advantage. Elijah Ukpong scored in the second half to make it 2-0 before a late Carolina goal.

The Kings Warriors play the River City Rovers Thursday, July 3. They only have three games left in the season.
