BECKLEY, W.Va. (WVVA) - Opening arguments began late Monday afternoon in the case against Raymond Stoumile, a convicted felon accused of shooting multiple times inside a night club.

He is charged with attempted first degree murder, two counts of malicious wounding, possession of a firearm, and four counts of wanton endangerment.

Stoumile was accused after an alleged altercation at Club Phoenix in Mabscott, back in January of 2011.

He also pled guilty in October to shooting up a Beckley Apartment with an AK47 in December of 2012.
