BOLT (WVVA) - Department of Highways officials advised motorists to expect intermittent closures on Route 99 near the Raleigh-Wyoming county line as crews work to clear the remains of a rockslide that occurred earlier in the week.

The initial slide happened around noon on Monday and completely closed the road for much of the day as crews worked to clear the debris.

The closures are expected to occur through Thursday.

BOLT (WVVA) - West Virginia Route 99 has been reopened after being closed for much of the day Monday following a rockslide.

BOLT (WVVA) - A large rockslide has closed both lanes of West Virginia Route 99 near Bolt.

The slide occurred around noon near the Wyoming/Raleigh county line. West Virginia Department of Highways crews are on scene working to clear the slide.

Crews hope to have the road re-opened by dark.

WVVA will provide more details as they become available.
