WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (WVVA) -- Many NFL teams begin their offseason workouts and meetings Monday. While those teams gear up and begin working towards the actual preseason, The Greenbrier's practice facility for the New Orleans Saints appears to be on schedule.

The football fields and buildings are all under construction at the moment but Greenbrier owner and chairman, Jim Justice, says everything will be ready for the team when the arrive in July.

"We're going to have the fields sodded by May 10," said Justice. "All the wiring and plumbing is being put in now [for the building] and once that's in, up goes the building."

Justice says the facility will be a huge catalyst for tourism in West Virginia and hopes to continue to do more things to help boost the state's profile.

"I want to challenge all kinds of people to do the kind of things that create jobs and create tourism in our state," said Justice. "When it comes to tourism, can you imagine the multiplier for all the dollars? It's unbelievable."
