CASE West Virginia and the West Virginia Housing Development Authority have created new low income homes for families. However, his charges weren't drug related.Justin Morris, 30, was arrested early Monday morning for felony daytime burglary and petty larceny.Ronceverte Police Chief J.R. BLUEFIELD, WV -- An attempted robber is on the run in Bluefield, WV.

Police tell WVVA News a black female entered First Century Bank on College Avenue around 11:40 a.m. Friday, demanding money.

According to police, she passed the teller a note, stating she had a gun.  Moments later, the suspect got spooked and ran.

The suspect is described as a black female dressed in black clothing.  She fled the scene on foot.

Multiple departments responded to the attempted robbery.  If you have any information regarding the suspect, you're asked to contact the Bluefield Police Department at 304-327-6101.
