College students provide unique learning experience for one local elementary school

DANIELS W. Va. (WVVA)- A pair of Concord University teachers-in-training provided a unique educational opportunity for students at Daniels Elementary School.

They used a life-sized replica of one the biggest mammals on the planet to teach a variety of subjects.

The students were able to explore inside the whale while learning about topics in biology, math, and social studies.

The students we spoke with at Daniels Elementary say they had a lot of fun while learning new things.

The Concord student teachers have been bringing this exhibit to schools across the Two Virginias since January.
