PRINCETON (WVVA) - The Mercer County Sheriff's Department is seeking the public's help in locating three individuals wanted in a forgery/uttering investigation.

On March 12, a male allegedly stole a purse from the arcade at the Mercer Mall.

That man, another male and a female then allegedly used a credit card from the purse to make purchases at several Mercer County business including Go-Mart in Green Valley, Shoe Dept. in Princeton, Walmart in Princeton and Gamestop in Princeton.

Once the victim realized her purse was lost, she checked her account and saw the fraudulent charges.

A small child was with the three during the Gamestop incident. The three were traveling in a newer-model silver Hyundai.
