(Bluefield)—The 28th annual Klingensmith Cup Golf Tournament will be played on Monday, May 19, 2014 at the Wolf Creek Golf Course in Bastian, Virginia.  This annual event is sponsored by Bluefield State College's School of Engineering Technology and Computer Science. All BSC constituents are invited to join in the fun with BSC graduates and employers.  This tournament allows participants to demonstrate their golf skills and provides a relaxing setting for renewing old acquaintances and networking with others sharing common interests.

The tournament format is set-up as a four-person "captain's choice" format and play begins with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. When play is completed, golfers will be served picnic lunch.  A brief awards ceremony will follow.

Entry fees are $50 per participant or $200 per team.  The entry fee includes lunch, refreshments, and golfing privileges.   Individuals and organizations are invited to purchase a "K Cup" hole sponsorship for $100, a beverage cart sponsorship for $300, a picnic sponsorship for $500, or an event sponsorship for $2,000.  Each level of sponsorship provides support to the BSC School of Engineering Technology and Computer Science.  Make checks payable to Bluefield State College Foundation.  Receipts are provided.   Please mail your check with your team member preferences to:
