Three arrested in Oak Hill drug bust

OAK HILL (WVVA) - Three people have been arrested on various drug charges after a bust at an Oak Hill home.

Eric Wayne England, 39, Matthew Quinton Simpson, 25, and Peggy Lee Black, 33, were each present at a home on Central Avenue Monday when undercover members of the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force were able to purchase Roxycodone pills at the home.

A short time later, members of the task force, Oak Hill Police Department, Fayette County Sheriff's Office and State Police issued a search warrant at the residence and took the three suspects into custody.

The three each face charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver roxycodone and conspiracy to commit a felony. England and Simpson also face a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

Officers recovered a large amount of marijuana, roxycodone pills and more than $2,500 in cash.

All three are being held at Southern Regional Jail pending arraignment.
