Pseudoephedrine's fate debated in W.Va. state capitol

CHARLESTON (WVVA) -- A Senate bill requiring physician's prescriptions for pseudoephedrine products is expected to be amended in the House of Delegates during the coming week to require prescriptions only for repeated offenders and others who have abused the drug.

Del. Joe Ellington, (R) Mercer, will offer an alternative plan he believes would better serve the public.
