BECKLEY (WVVA) - Beckley Police are seeking a missing 19-year-old who hasn't been seen since Thursday night.

Patricia 'Patty' Moten was last seen in the 300 block of Broadway Street around her home at approximately 10:15 p.m.

Family members report that Moten suffers from a moderate mental handicap and it is unusual for her to fall out of contact with her caretakers.

She is described as a black female, 5'4"-5'7", approximately 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
