Woman charged in WV, Ala out of jail, in hospital

JASPER, Ala. (AP) -- A woman charged with hiding two bodies in West Virginia and forgery in Alabama is out of jail and in a hospital.
The Daily Mountain Eagle reports a court approved the release of 62-year-old Wanda Faye Kiser because of her failing health.
Kiser's attorney, Richard Jaffe, says she's hospitalized in Birmingham for conditions that include pneumonia, diabetes and congestive heart failure.
Jaffe says Kiser is on a breathing machine, and it's unclear if she will recover.
Kiser is charged with multiple counts of forgery related to retirement money allegedly taken from two women who've been missing in Alabama since 2002.
Female remains have been found under Kiser's old home in Alabama and in a storage unit she rented in West Virginia.
No one is charged in the women's deaths.
