Burning Off That Thanksgiving Meal

LEWISBURG (WVVA)- If you haven't been running the aisles today to burn off that Thanksgiving Day meal, plus seconds, then maybe you need a little motivation to get off the couch.

There's a workout that can do just that. It's called cross-fit. It's a full body workout that consists of gymnastic movements, strength training and aerobic moves.

You do it in a group but go at your own pace. Every person is at a different level which makes it a team effort.

For those people that have been doing it for a while that "team" has become like a family.
