UPDATE: Day care worker charged in child porn case

PRINCETON (WVVA) - A day care worker charged with 150 counts of possession of child pornography was arraigned and ordered held without bond Friday.

Lindsey Bowling, 29, of Princeton, appeared for arraignment before Judge William Sadler in Princeton.

Bowling has served as a child care worker a Lil Camper Dependable Child Care in Princeton.

Investigators say the charges stem from images found on Bowling's computer.

Investigators say there is no evidence that any of the children that he worked with were harmed in any way but the investigation is ongoing.

A child care worker at a local day care is arrested for receiving and possessing material portraying minors in sexually explicit conduct.   Lindsey Bowling, 29, of Princeton is charged with 150 counts.  The material was discovered when Corporal Steven Sommers of the Mercer County Sheriff's Department and an investigator with the West Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant of Bowling's home Thursday.

Bowling is being held at the Bluefield City Jail awaiting arraignment. Bowling is employed at Lil Camper Dependable Child Care in Princeton.   Investigators say there is no evidence that any of the children that he worked with were harmed in any way but the investigation is ongoing.
