BECKLEY (WVVA) -- A Raleigh County man accused of shooting up an apartment complex in Beckley pleaded guilty on Monday.
Raymond Stoumile, 26, entered the plea just moments before jury selection was set to begin. He is accused of opening fire while leaving the Hager Street Apartments with an AK-47 asasult rifle on Dec. 9, 2012.
Stoumile was indicted in May on charges of Wonton Endangerment, Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Shooting near a Dwelling, and Carrying a Deadly Weapon with License or Authorization.
He faces at least 5 years in prison when he is sentenced on Nov. 15.
