    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. PRINCETON (WVVA) - A medical examiner's report confirms that a Mercer County man whose body was found last Friday died of natural causes.

Sgt. Miller with the West Virginia State Police said an autopsy report showed that 47-year-old Curtis Wayne Sluss died of a heart attack.

Sluss' body was found in the Bull Tail Hollow area, near James P. Bailey Lake around 5:30 p.m. last Friday.

PRINCETON (WVVA) - Authorities have identified the body found Friday evening in Mercer County.

Police say the body of 47-year-old Curtis Wayne Sluss was found around 5:30 p.m. in the Bull Tail Hollow area, near James P. Bailey Lake.

Police believe Sluss is from the local area.

Sgt. Miller with the Princeton detachment of the West Virginia State Police says the death does not appear to be suspicious, but is being treated as a homicide until test results from the state medical examiner are returned.

Results could be received by this evening, Miller said.

The body of a man was found earlier this evening in Mercer County.  West Virginia State Police received the call around 5:30 PM reporting a body on Bull Tail Hollow Road near J.P. Bailey Lake.

Trooper J. L. Morris tells WVVA that the name is being withheld pending notification of family and that he expects to know a cause of death early next week.  The body is being sent to the state medical examiner for autopsy.
