    BLUEFIELD (WVVA)- The construction on Highland Ave in Bluefield, WV is coming to an end. CASE West Virginia and the West Virginia Housing Development Authority have created new low income homes for families. However, his charges weren't drug related.Justin Morris, 30, was arrested early Monday morning for felony daytime burglary and petty larceny.Ronceverte Police Chief J.R. BLUEFIELD (WVVA) - Since initially airing Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., two fugitives featured on 'All Points Bulletin' have been apprehended.

Thanks to viewer tips, Robert Mitchem was picked up by police in the town of Tazewell. Mitchem was apparently with a group of people waiting on an inmate to be released form Tazewell Regional Jail when he was apprehended.

Shawna Sexton turned herself in to Bluefield, Va., Police Wednesday afternoon. She was wanted on embezzlement charges.

BLUEFIELD, Va. (WVVA) - WVVA's popular 'All Points Bulletin' segment is back, with a new host and new fugitives to be on the lookout for.

Bluefield, Va., Police Chief Harry Cundiff now brings his years of law enforcement experience to the weekly segment -- which can again be seen every Tuesday on WVVA News at 6.

In his 'APB' debut, Cundiff wasted little time introducing a new batch of wanted fugitives to WVVA's viewers. The fugitives featured on the Oct. 1 edition are:

  • James Russell Watkins, 40, wanted on assault and battery charges against two women. He is 6' tall, 200 pounds with a shaved head and blue eyes. Russell's last known address is Neel Street in Bluefield, Va.
  • Leslie Nicole Miller, 31, is also wanted in Bluefield, Va., on drug and larceny charges. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. Miller's last known address is Covel, W.Va.
  • Robert Mitchem, 49, is wanted on fraud charges. He has brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is on Groveland Drive in Bluefield, W.Va.
  • Shawna Marie Sexton, 37, was indicted last month on embezzlement charges stemming from her employment at a local restaurant. She is 5'9", 135 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Her last known address is on Dew Drop Lane in North Tazewell.

Since its launch in 2010, 'All Points Bulletin' has been responsible for 169 captures in the Two Virginias.
