    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. BECKLEY (WVVA) - A second individual has been arrested in connection with the discovery of meth-making materials in a Beckley home.

Melody Anne Stewart, 36, joins Joshua Dahlinghaus in facing charges related to the discovery of two "shaker style" meth labs at a home on Winger Avenue Tuesday.

Stewart has been charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Dahlinghaus was charged with operating a clandestine lab.

Police said Wednesday that both suspects confessed to making meth. Both were being held

BECKLEY (WVVA) - Police in Beckley responded to reports of a dispute at home on Winger Street Tuesday afternoon and wound up busting a meth lab.

Joshua Dahlinghaus, 24, of Beckley was charged with operating a clandestine lab after officers found meth-making materials at the home.

Police say two others are being questioned but have not yet been charged.

Dahlinghaus is being held at Southern Regional Jail on $50,000 bond.

The Beckley PD, with the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office and State Police are conducting the investigation.
