FOLLOW UP: Suspects in Wyoming County break-ins arrested

KOPPERSTON (WVVA) - A pair of suspects caught on camera stealing copper and other equipment from an outbuilding owned by West Virginia Public Broadcasting have been arrested.

The Wyoming County Sheriff Randall Aliff says the sheriff's office was flooded calls after the surveillance video of the men aired on television.

Aliff says Keith Dotson and Joseph Torres turned themselves in on Wednesday. Both are charged with breaking and entering and are being held at Southern Regional Jail on $20,000 bond.

Aliff said the stolen items were recovered.

KOPPERSTON (WVVA) - Wyoming County Sheriff's Deputies say they have identified two men caught on camera stealing copper and other equipment from an outbuilding owned by West Virginia Public Broadcasting.

Authorities have not released the suspects' names. Warrants are expected to be issued by mid-week.

A total of $800 in damage was done during the break-in.

KOPPERSTON (WVVA) -- Police are searching for two men who stole equipment and copper out of two out buildings owned by the Public Broadcasting System.

The men broke into the buildings on Route 99 in Kopperston early Wednesday morning.

$800 worth of damage was done to the buildings.

A compressor, an oil heater, hand tools, and some links of copper were taken.
