BECKLEY (WVVA) -- Fundraising for the Wounded Warrior Project continues in Raleigh County.

Two men, Chris Senopole (from Daniels, W.Va.) and Adam Shatarsky, are stopped in Beckley on a mission to raise money for their "Wounded Walk."  The two are best friends and Marines, walking across the country to raise money for the cause.

Thursday evening supporters came to Lewis Automotive in Beckley for dinner and a benefit concert.  Country favorites and West Virginia natives, Taylor Made, were the headliners.

The group performed an acoustic set for the crowd, dedicating a special song to service men and women everywhere.

The two walkers will be in the Beckley area through the weekend.  Shatarsky says Saturday evening at 4p.m. Main St. in Beckley will be shut down for a few hours for a Wounded Warrior festival.  Senopole and Shatarsky will be back on the road walking Monday morning, ending their four month walk in Washington D.C. October 7.
