Posted:

OAK HILL (WVVA) - A local man is charged with making terroristic threats against a state police trooper.

33-year old Ronald Collins of Macarthur waived his right to a preliminary hearing. The case will now head to the grand jury.

Collins is accused of making threats against 1st Sgt. Greg Duckworth on social media and blog sites.

Duckworth, who works at the Oak Hill detachment, had previously arrested Collins on unrelated charges.

According to court documents, Collins blogged that he could kill Duckworth right in his own home.

Collins has apparently made similar  threats to Duckworth over the past few years.
