BLUEFIELD (WVVA) - For this week only, WVVA viewers will get a special taste of our newest network, MeTV.

Each day this week at 11 a.m., MeTV will be simulcast on the channel you normally see WVVA for one hour. Everything will switch back to normal at 12 p.m. -- in time for you to watch WVVA News at Noon.

The special preview is being offered until WVVA's newest program, 'The Queen Latifah Show,' takes over the 11 a.m. time slot next Monday.

MeTV will be airing episodes of the classic 1970s NBC series 'Ironside' all this week during the 11 a.m. hour. Coincidentally, you will be able to watch the brand-new remake of 'Ironside' starring Blair Underwood at 10 p.m. Wednesdays this fall on WVVA, beginning Oct. 2.

If you're unfamiliar with MeTV, it's the third network broadcast by WVVA (in addition to NBC and the Two Virginias CW) and airs nothing but classic television from the 1950s-80s.

You can find MeTV over the air on channel 6.3, or contact your TV provider for more information on how you can see MeTV 24 hours a day.
