    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. TAZEWELL (WVVA) - A Tazewell County business owner says work will go on, hours after his office was destroyed by fire.

Thomas Dunford, owner of Dunford Roofing Inc. in Tazewell says more than 30 years of records were among the items lost when his building on Gratton Road was gutted by flames in the early morning hours Monday.

Dunford says his business' inventory was not affected by the fire and work will continue.

The building formerly served as a gas station.

Multiple crews responded to the blaze just before 3 a.m. First responders tell WVVA News the building was fully engulfed, with flames as high as 30 feet, when they arrived.

No injuries were reported.

Five fire crews were called to the scene of a gas station fire in Tazewell on Monday.

Dispatchers said the call came into the Gas n' Guzzle on Gratton Road just before 3a.m.

No word yet on whether there were any injuries or what started the blaze.

Firefighters with the Baptist Valley Fire Dept., Clear Fork Fire Dept., Tazewell County Fire Dept., and Tazewell Fire Dept. responded.
