Rays swept by Pulaski

Posted:

PULASKI (WVVA) - The Princeton Rays are halfway through their season and still haven't hit double digits in the win column yet. The Rays hoped to turn things around Thursday as they traveled to take on Pulaski in the series finale.

Pulaski would get on the board first when Kristian Brito gets all of a pitch in the bottom of the fourth and sends it over the left center field wall for a two-run shot to make it 2-0.

The Rays would pick up a run later, but were still unable to end their losing streak as they go down, 2-1.

The Rays will be in Bluefield Friday-Sunday for a Mercer Cup matchup with the Blue Jays.
