Eating fish lowers anxiety in pregnant women

NBC News (WVVA)--Pregnant women who regularly eat fish may have less anxiety.

A new study of 9,500 mothers-to-be looked at their eating habits and measured their levels of anxiety.  Researchers found those who had oily fish, like salmon or mackerel, one to three times a week were less likely to report high levels of anxiety.

Women who were more health conscious in general were less likely to report anxiety.
